Shipping policy
We offer both domestic and international shipping.
Free shipping on orders from NOK 999 within Norway
If you choose this option, you will receive free shipping on your order. We will then decide which shipping method is most suitable for your order. The various options will appear when you are at the checkout, and one of the options will say "Free". The shipping company we use is Bring. If your order does not fit in the letterbox, it will be sent to the nearest post office. You will then receive a collection slip by post, e-mail or SMS notification.
Normal delivery time: 1-3 working days from the package being sent from us.
Fixed price NOK 99 in shipping on orders under NOK 999 in Norway
Fixed price EUR 35 for international express shipping (below 3kg) with DHL Express.
We do not offer free international shipping due to the mandatory customs clearance process handling and value added tax (VAT). We offer a fixed rate worldwide express shipping fee of EUR 35 on all orders below 3kg. On orders above 3kg we apply variable shipping costs based on order weight calculated automatically during checkout.
You will receive SMS/E-Mail from our shipping partner DHL, please answer this if you wish to make flexible changes while your purchase is on its way to you. Follow the link provided and choose from a range of options including:
- Arranging to collect your order from a DHL service point
- Alternative delivery address
- Placing your shipment on hold if you are away from home
- Rescheduling your delivery for a nominated day
Fast delivery is a high priority for us. We do our very best to deliver as quickly as possible at all times.
Domestic order processing and shipping will normally take 2-4 working days, but there may also be cases of 5-7 working days before the item is delivered. We would like to point out that we reserve the right to delays during periods of high demand with us or our shipping partners.
The maximum delivery time is 3 weeks from the time your order was placed. If your order has not been delivered within that time, you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase without any cost, unless otherwise agreed. If you have not received your package within 5 weeks, you as the customer are responsible for letting us know within 5 weeks of your order. Your order will be considered delivered after this time.
If you have received your package but parts of your order are missing, you as a customer are obliged to notify us immediately after the package has been received.
If you have received an SMS that the package has been delivered to your mailbox/door and the package is not there, it is important that you contact us immediately. The same applies if you have received only parts of your order, if no notification is given immediately, the package will be considered received in its entirety after our shipping partner has notified that the package has been delivered.
We always send all the goods together in the same package.
All goods purchased at www.thisisempatii.com can be returned if you notify us within 14 days after having received your purchase and ship it to us within the following 7 days from having notified us.
